Who we are
RUOGate ("we", "ruogate"). This policy covers ruogate.com only. Stores we build for clients have their own policies, published by the client.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, where you are with your store today, and your message.
- If you book a call, the details you give Cal.com, the scheduling service we use, under its own policy. The booking calendar loads from Cal.com when the page opens and runs inside this page when you click "Book a call".
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request, kept for security.
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to scope and deliver a store if you become a client. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the service providers that deliver email and scheduling for us, or when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or until you ask us to delete them. Client records for as long as needed to honor the warranty and our legal obligations.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, using the contact form above. We will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Prices shown are per store build and may change before a written quote is accepted. The scope, warranty period and payment terms for any build are set in the written agreement for that build, which governs over this page.
