By using ruogate.com you agree to these terms. The site describes services offered by RUOGate ("we"). It is for people considering a research-use-only reagent store; it does not sell any product itself.

No guarantee of payment processing

Where we describe helping with card processing, we mean an introduction and hands-on help through the application. Approval, terms and continued service are decided by the processor alone. We do not guarantee that any processor will approve or keep any account.

Packages, pricing and warranty

Prices shown are per store build and may change before a written quote is accepted. The scope, warranty period and payment terms for any build are set in the written agreement for that build, which governs over this page.

Client engagements

Each build is governed by the statement of work you sign on the client platform at ruogate.com. Where that signed statement of work and this page differ, the statement of work governs.

Your content

Anything you send us through the contact form or during a build stays yours. You confirm that you have the right to send it.
